Week 2 — Sleep Without the Pressure
Let’s talk about baby sleep without unrealistic expectations or pressure to “fix” it. We’ll explore normal infant sleep, sleepy cues, naps, soothing, day and night development, and practical ways parents can get more rest. This is a judgment-free conversation about supporting your baby’s sleep while finding rhythms that work for your family, no sleep training required.

Your baby is communicating with you all day long! We’ll learn how to recognize cues for tiredness, hunger, overstimulation, connection, and play. We’ll also talk about crying and soothing, babywearing, tummy time, early development, and simple ways to play and connect with your baby at this age.
