Fall Babies Group
A four-week series with Megan Overstreet
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | In person only
November 10, November 17, December 1, and December 8, 2026
Get to know your baby and find support for yourself in this welcoming four-week series. Join Postpartum Doula, Megan Overstreet, for connection with other parents, practical information about caring for your baby, and space to ask questions about life with a new baby. Each gathering includes time to settle in and connect, a guided topic, Q&A, group discussion, and one idea to take into the week. There is no class on November 24th.
December 8 | Taking Care of Yourself and Your Relationships
Your needs matter as you recover from birth and adjust to parenthood. We’ll talk about rest, nutrition, hormones, body changes, postpartum emotions, and your relationship with your changing body, including when additional professional support may be helpful. We’ll also explore how mental load, division of labor, resentment, and intimacy can affect relationships after baby. Together, we’ll discuss asking for help, communicating what you need from a partner, and setting boundaries with visitors, grandparents, and in-laws.
