Summer Babies Group
8 Tuesdays, 11:00am-12:30pm
Summer Babies is an 8-week postpartum group for families with babies born in June, July, or August—and late May babies are welcome too! Led by Postpartum Doula Megan Overstreet, this group is a welcoming space to bring your questions, share your experiences, and connect with other parents navigating the newborn months alongside you.
Birthing parents and partners are invited to come as you are, meet other families, and enjoy a supportive community as you settle into life with your new baby. Because postpartum is better when experienced together!
Week 3 — Understanding Your Baby
Your baby is communicating with you all day long! We’ll learn how to recognize cues for tiredness, hunger, overstimulation, connection, and play. We’ll also talk about crying and soothing, babywearing, tummy time, early development, and simple ways to play and connect with your baby at this age.
$35 per session or $245 for the full 8-week series
Additional adults: $10 per session
Registration closes at 7pm the night before the class
